Term times at Communication Café are based around the French term times, with each 5-6 week term having a different theme. At the start of each theme we hand out the different learning objectives which we have adapted to the subject, taken from the British National Education Curriculum. Children are placed in groups according to their age. We limit group numbers to 5 children. We like to encourage parents to be involved in continuing the work from the sessions at home. We provide ideas at each session for ways in which the learning can be extended in the home environment.
